ANZAC memoir

The look on the veterans faces was as still as a rook.as warren cox played the bugle ,you could hear his emotion in his voice.i felt a terr run down my face as the whanau leaders laid the wreaths.i could hear someone next to me talking at the flagpole.
I could nearly picture how sad the veterans were watching the assembly.i thought about my ancestor that went to war fought and died.i’m looking forward to next year's anzac assembly.
